● Finvenit LLC, as a technology and infrastructure provider supporting transaction orchestration, integrations, compliance technology, payment connectivity, and related platform functions. 

● Brale Inc., where Brale services are used in connection with your account or transaction, subject to applicable law and the applicable Brale agreements and privacy notices. 

● Cloud hosting, communications, analytics, security, customer-support, and other operational service providers. 

● Regulators, law-enforcement authorities, courts, or other governmental bodies where required or permitted by law. 

● Parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements. 

 

6. Payment Card Information 

Payment card information may be collected or processed by the Company’s payment processor, acquiring bank, card network, or other payment service provider. Depending on the integration, the Company may receive tokenized card information or limited payment details rather than full card credentials. Customers must tailor this section to the actual card-processing architecture and PCI responsibilities.

Where Brale services are used, Brale may collect and process information necessary to provide those services, including information required for account creation, identity verification, compliance, and transactions. Brale’s processing is governed by its applicable agreements and privacy policy.

The Services are intended for adults and are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly permit minors to use the money-transfer Services. If we learn that information from a minor has been collected contrary to applicable requirements, we will take appropriate action.
